When you sit down with a member of our team we will take you through our five-step process designed to provide you with the best processing solution.

INITIAL CONVERSATION

When you take the opportunity to sit down with a member of Trinity Merchant Group team you are meeting with someone who’s chief concern is to offer you the best overall solution for you and your business. We take a little extra time to find out how you interact with your customers during the purchase process and beyond. A few minutes of Q & A can go a long way in making sure you get the most accurate quote for your business.

STRUCTURE ANALYSIS

When we conduct an analysis of your business, we will discuss all aspects of your business in relation to payment acceptance. By getting a solid understanding of how you process transactions, and interact with your customers we can design a custom plan just for you. Whether it involves adding new technology to make your business life easier, or utilizing your existing equipment you can rest assured that everything will be taken into account.

STATEMENT ANALYSIS

As a business owner or manager we know you work hard to give your customers the best value and service for their money, so why should you expect any less from your processor? Part of our process is to analyze your current statement for potential savings. Anyone can pitch a lower rate, but at Trinity we look for trends in your processing history. There is no "one size fits all" processing solution, so viewing historical evidence is very effective in minimizing your processing expenses.

FORMAL OFFERING

Once your entire situation has been analyzed by one of Trinity Merchant Group’s professional sales representatives we will formalize our recommendations and pricing. The rest is up to you. When you choose to work with Trinity, we will walk you though the paperwork and completion takes about 15 minutes. What could be easier than that?

ACCOUNT SETUP

At this point your work is done. Once the paperwork has been submitted we set up your new merchant account in 2-4 business days. Our operations team will then contact you to find a time for us to set up your new processing system. From start to finish our goal is make your interaction with us easy and worry free!
